AE/SAE Direct Sales

Beachfront is a leading independent video SSP with over 10 years experience executing advertising campaigns on behalf of Fortune 500 brands and the world’s largest agencies.  This is your opportunity to help grow an amazing company with amazing people.

The primary responsibility for the Sales AE role is to meet or exceed revenue goals, and of course, drive profit.  Our ideal candidate has programmatic sales advertising experience, and complete comprehension of the dynamics of programmatic sales, specifically, selling, creating, and activating PMPs into agencies, brands, trading desks, and media companies.  

We’re looking for hungry sellers that can make a long term impact on our revenue growth.

This position is based in our NYC office.

 

Responsibilities

  • Existing deep contacts within DSPs, media agencies, agency trading desks, brands, and large media companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to forge new contacts and grow relationships with ease (people love to work with you).
  • Established track record of driving revenue, closing deals, building strong sales pipelines, and tracking momentum.
  • Goal driven, team player.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive a high volume of outreach every week.
  • Ability to tell a “sales story” via powerpoint, one sheets, and custom sales collateral.
  • Must be able to manage a personal sales process including all aspects of sales from lead generation, cold calls, general outreach to new prospects, conducting meetings, entertaining clients etc.
  • Work with potential clients to clearly understand objectives and advertiser KPIs and then communicate the benefits of working with Beachfront.
  • Attend conferences and events on behalf of Beachfront.

 

Requirements

  • 3-5 years programmatic and digital sales experience.
  • Strategic and consultative sales approach with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • A self-starter with a proven ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable in Powerpoint, Excel, Keynote, Hubspot.
  • An awesome personality, people love to work with you, and sense of humor a must.

Programmatic Account Manager

The primary responsibility for the Account Manager, Programmatic role is to manage day-to-day relationships with DSP and demand side partners. This includes the ability to meet or exceed goals, and of course, grow revenue.  Our ideal candidate has programmatic sales advertising experience, and complete comprehension of the dynamics of programmatic advertising.

We’re looking for a dedicated professional that is highly social, technical, and analytical.

This position is based in our NYC office.

 

Responsibilities

  • Maximize revenue growth by strengthening relationships with new and existing DSPs and buyside partners.
  • Continuously monitor partner spends and performance to ensure quality, troubleshoot issues preventing higher spends, and create recommendations for additional inventory buys including PMPs, Deals, and higher scale opportunities.
  • Manage and drive a high volume of outreach to partners every week.
  • Be the main point of contact for your partners in all areas including discrepancies, product, accounting, legal, operations, and technical topics and coordinate with the relevant internal teams to drive solutions.
  • Tell a “sales story” via PowerPoint, one sheets, and custom sales collateral including conducting quarterly QBRs.
  • Coordinate with the publisher teams to support our premium publishers and grow existing demand for their inventory.
  • Work with potential clients to clearly understand objectives and advertiser KPIs and then communicate the benefits of working with Beachfront.

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years programmatic video experience preferably at an SSP, extensive experience with CTV/OTT and or programmatic live events is a plus.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with a track record of being effective and professional in client interactions.
  • A highly driven individual with a proven ability to work independently in start-ups or small teams.
  • Outstanding analytic and technical problem-solving skills including experience finding trends in big data sets.
  • Established track record of driving revenue, closing deals, and upselling buyside partners.
  • An awesome personality, people love to work with you, sense of humor a must.
  • Experience with XML, SQL, JSON, and Charles is an advantage.

DevOPS

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team and help us with our infrastructure challenges as we scale our application. This position will work closely with our Development team around new services while addressing automation, scalability, application monitoring, and performance. We’re looking to automate deployments, and infra auto scaling server provisioning at all application tiers. Sound like your kind of fun? If you have the experience listed below, we’d love to talk!

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent Knowledge of managing AWS (AWS Certified Preferred).
  • Server provisioning, Configuration and Deployment Automaton (Puppet/Chef).
  • Strong Linux Administration is a must.
  • Network Security, VPN and performance monitoring.
  • Decent MySQL & NoSQL knowledge.
  • Knowledge of managing Hadoop/Kafka/ZooKeeper clusters would be a big plus.
  • 4+ year of experience.

Senior Software Developer

 

The Beachfront team team is looking for talented and highly motivated full stack engineers to help us innovate and improve our products. You will work in all aspects of agile application development, including both front-end and back-end systems that deliver billions of requests per day. Your opinions will be important in all phases of product development, starting from requirements to validation and deployment to production.
  • Design high-performance, distributed, low-latency systems capable of delivering billions of ad impressions per day
  • Architect, create, and deliver new features and functionality in order to deliver the best possible advertising experience in the market
  • Develop complex solutions for advanced advertising workflows using a variety of programming languages; primarily PHP, JavaScript, and Java
  • Work with Product to drive the requirements, and own the project end-to-end
  • Work with Product and UX teams to bring consumer-grade user experience and design to the enterprise
  • Work with Engineering and Product teams distributed across multiple locations

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years Experience with JavaScript frameworks
  • 3+ years Experience with PHP
  • Strong, disciplined skills in object oriented and/or functional programming languages.
  • Strong skills in web-related technologies such as page load optimization, browser interoperability and web service scaling
  • Strong ownership and professionalism
  • Experienced with large scale distributed applications
